Hiring: Customer Service Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Salary: AED /month
Work: On-site Rotational Shifts

Requirements:

Fluent Arabic & English required
Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
Customer service/call center experience preferred
Experience in logistics delivery mobility or e-commerce is an advantage
Good communication complaint-handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer/CRM skills

Working Schedule:

6 days/week
1 rotational day off
8 working hours/day 1-hour break
Rotating shifts based on business requirements
May include evenings weekends and public holidays
