Our client an established international organisation operating within the automotive and financial services sector is seeking a Credit Administration & Finance Operations Administrator to join its regional team in Dubai.
The position will support financing operations across the Middle East and will be responsible for the administration of customer finance contracts throughout their lifecycle from contract preparation and documentation through vehicle delivery ongoing account administration and contract closure.

Key Responsibilities
Contract & Credit Administration
Prepare finance contracts and supporting documentation following credit approval.
Create and maintain complete and accurate contract files.
Ensure all required original documents are received correctly executed and appropriately stored.
Maintain accurate contract and customer information within internal systems.
Coordinate with internal regional and international stakeholders regarding contract administration.
Follow up on missing documentation and outstanding administrative requirements.
Support the administration and closure of finance contracts.
Vehicle Finance & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate the documentation required for financed vehicle deliveries.
Confirm receipt of required down payments and relevant customer documentation before delivery.
Obtain and verify supporting documents including vehicle insurance and registration documentation.
Coordinate with customers dealers and other stakeholders to facilitate timely vehicle handovers.
Support vehicle registration mortgage/pledge and related documentation processes where required.
Ensure post-delivery documentation and acceptance confirmations are completed and submitted promptly.
Finance Operations
Check and process supplier invoices and coordinate their submission for payment.
Maintain communication with suppliers regarding documentation and payment administration.
Monitor incoming payments and overdue account information.
Maintain accurate customer and contract information including changes to contact or banking details.
Monitor insurance expiry dates and coordinate required renewals.
Prepare ownership transfer or similar documentation following completion of finance contracts.
Collections Support
Provide proactive payment reminders to customers ahead of scheduled due dates.
Follow up on overdue payments.
Conduct professional soft-collection activities through telephone and written communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer follow-up activities.
Reporting & General Administration
Prepare regular pipeline and operational reports for internal stakeholders.
Provide information required for portfolio and business statistics.
Maintain internal administrative records meeting information and documentation.
Support the secure management of original documents.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit administration processes and working practices.
Maintain a high level of customer service and support colleagues across the regional operation.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an organised accurate and service-oriented professional who is comfortable working with financial documentation customers and multiple internal stakeholders.
Experience
Ideally 13 years of relevant professional experience within one or more of the following areas:
Credit Administration
Vehicle / Automotive Finance
Asset Finance
Leasing
Loan Administration or Loan Operations
Banking Operations
Finance Administration
Credit Operations
Financial Services Administration
Previous experience working with automotive dealers vehicle financing commercial vehicle finance leasing companies banks or other financial institutions would be particularly relevant.
Experience working with international or regional stakeholders would also be advantageous.
Education
University degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
Candidates with relevant practical experience and an appropriate secondary-level qualification in Economics Finance or Business will also be considered.
