Job Title: Country Manager - TIC (Minerals/Coal)

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Industry: Testing Inspection & Certification (TIC) / Commodities

Experience:

10 years in TIC Nationality

Preference: Indian Origin

Job Purpose:

To lead and grow our TIC operations in the UAE ensuring operational excellence safety and profitability within the minerals/coal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development and retain key clients in the minerals/coal sector.

Manage full P&L ensuring revenue targets and timely collections.

Oversee lab operations ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and fast turnaround.

Ensure safety statutory compliance and adherence to ISO/internal standards.

Build mentor and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education: . / B.E. in Science or Engineering.

Experience: Min. 10 years in the TIC industry with exposure to minerals/coal.

Skills: Strong commercial acumen client management team leadership and knowledge of UAE regulations.
