Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion coordinating with project teams contractors and stakeholders
• Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities supervising contractors and workforce to maintain quality and safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and company policies
• Manage project risks resolve issues and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to review and approve designs and specifications
• Manage project documentation including permits contracts and change orders

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes techniques and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry
• Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in Dubai and the UAE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
