You will focus on identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets across multiple market segments including corporate groups sports and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new accounts across corporate agency sports and entertainment segments.
  • Proactively identify prospect and convert new business opportunities through networking outreach and market research.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Conduct regular sales calls client meetings and site inspections to maximise conversion and account growth.
  • Maintain strong pre- and post-event communication to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Organise and support marketing initiatives including Fam trips site inspections ALL loyalty events trade shows and client networking events.
  • Represent the hotel cluster at industry events exhibitions and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activity and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines ensuring all client interactions are logged.
  • Provide regular sales reports forecasts and performance updates to management.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team revenue targets conversion rates and client satisfaction goals.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a role related to Corporates in the hotel industry

  • Excellent communication presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Fluent in English - spoken & written.

  • Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
