Key Responsibilities:

• Plan prepare and deliver high-quality engaging lessons to students in KG/Cycle 1 in accordance with the British curriculum.
• Assess monitor record and report on the learning and progress of students.
• Create a positive safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues parents and the wider school community.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education Primary Education or a directly related subject.
• A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK.
• Valid teaching license or certification from your country of origin.
• Relevant First Aid certification is desirable.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of full-time post-qualification teaching experience specifically within KG or Cycle 1 (EYFS/Key Stage 1) in a British curriculum school.
• Demonstrable experience teaching children aged 3-7 years.
• Prior experience in an international school setting is a distinct advantage.

• Proven ability to design and deliver creative and rigorous lessons aligned with British curriculum standards.

UAE-Specific Requirements:

• Ability to successfully obtain ADEK (Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge) teacher licensing and approvals upon appointment.
• Compliance with all ADEK policies regulations and guidelines related to school operations curriculum delivery and safeguarding.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary UAE visa and employment permits.
