Job Title: Cashier - Food & Beverage
Job Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused reliable Cashier / Order Taker to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have experience in cashiering order-taking POS operations and customer service in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Process cash card and digital payments using the POS system.
- Accurately enter customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Upsell menu items beverages and special offers to increase sales.
- Pack and hand over completed takeaway and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the cashier counter and front-of-house area.
- Follow all food safety hygiene and company policies and procedures.
- Balance the cash drawer and complete all end-of-shift cashier procedures accurately.
- Support the team with other front-of-house duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Cashier Order Taker or Food Runner in the F&B industry
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed reliable and a team player
- Willingness to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays
