Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of BIM Engineer in Dubai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Building Automation and BIM sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit models for Building Management System (BMS) and controls.
- Model DDC controllers sensors transmitters actuators dampers valves and instrumentation.
- Route conduit cable trays and control wiring including network and power cabling.
- Create accurate control panel models with required clearances and mounting details.
- Coordinate BIM models with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing disciplines.
- Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) shared models and collaboration workflows.
- Perform clash detection using ACC Model Coordination and Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Produce coordinated drawings schedules layouts and maintain Revit families and project standards.
Required Skills
- Autodesk Revit Advanced BIM modeling.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) Model collaboration.
- Navisworks Clash detection and coordination.
- BMS/Controls Modeling Device and control system modeling.
- MEP Coordination Cross-discipline coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Dynamo scripting.
- BIM standards implementation.
- Experience with large commercial/high-rise projects.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant experience in BIM modeling particularly within MEP or Building Automation projects. Experience using Revit ACC/BIM 360 and Navisworks is highly desirable. (Typical experience: 36 years if not specified.)
Education
- Minimum: B.E./ in Mechanical Electrical Civil or related discipline (Typical)
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Additional Certifications: Autodesk Revit/BIM Certification (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
