Role Overview

ClearGrid is looking for a driven detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer Intern to join our team in Dubai for a 6-month fully on-site this role you will be deeply immersed in the world of Voice AI LLMs writing testing and refining the prompt architectures that power high-stakes voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice AI Prompt Writing: Design test and optimize conversational prompt scripts specifically tailored for real-time Voice AI applications.

• Client-Specific Adaptations: Develop tailored prompt systems and persona frameworks across a diverse portfolio of client accounts and industries.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams product managers and external client stakeholders to continuously improve conversational accuracy and tone.

• Iterative Evaluation: Analyze edge cases user responses and latency factors to continuously refine prompt performance and eliminate hallucinations.

What Were Looking For

• Strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the principles of prompt engineering.

• Keen interest in Voice AI conversational design and natural language processing.

• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to nuance tone and logic.

• Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate effectively across multiple projects in a dynamic startup setting.

• Availability to work fully on-site at our Dubai office during standard business hours.

• Fluent Hindi/Urdu speakers preferred.
