Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and provide insights on business performance.

Assist in the preparation and review of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
-
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
-
Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
-
Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
-
Work closely with other departments to gather financial data and support crossfunctional initiatives.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
-
Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools to enhance decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
-
CPA or pursuing CPA is a plus.
-
2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle QuickBooks).

Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
-
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in a corporate finance environment or public accounting.
-
Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.

Familiarity with ERP systems.
