Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for swimming pool construction projects.

Ensure construction work complies with design specifications safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects designers MEP engineers and subcontractors.

Supervise excavation structural work tiling waterproofing plumbing and electrical installations related to pools.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to site.

Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site.

Maintain accurate records of site activities and documentation.

Ensure health and safety protocols are followed on-site.

Maintain good quality of work
