We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a General Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling resource allocation and quality control
Supervise and lead multiple teams of workers subcontractors and trades personnel
Interpret and communicate project plans blueprints and specifications to team members
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations local building codes and company policies
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly
Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
Manage project budgets track expenses and implement cost-saving measures when necessary
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to upper management
Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record of successful project completion
Strong knowledge of construction industry standards best practices and local building codes in Dubai
Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and specifications
In-depth understanding of construction equipment operation and maintenance
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting cost control and resource allocation
Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and construction regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required
