Requirements
Perform general administrative duties such as filing data entry and document control.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain calendars and schedules.
Prepare and translate letters memos and reports in both Arabic and English.
Maintain inventory and oversee requests for office supplies and materials.
Act as a liaison with other departments and external stakeholders when needed.
Support logistics for visits events and official engagements in the Al Dhafra area.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local regulations.
Maintain accurate records and databases for staff operations and resources.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely responses.
Assist with tracking expenses and basic financial records related to the site.
