Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in endtoend recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple industries including:

Healthcare
-
Real Estate
-
Construction
-
Cybersecurity
Key Responsibilities:

Source screen and interview candidates for various roles across different sectors
-
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
-
Manage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain applicant databases
-
Coordinate and schedule interviews negotiate offers and onboard new hires
-
Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment legislation and market trends
-
Ensure timely and effective recruitment processes for urgent hiring needs
Requirements:
-
Proven experience recruiting in at least three of the mentioned industries
-
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
-
Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi
-
Immediate availability is a must
